FORM

FORM is a private nutritional consultancy that provides professional nutritional advice to sportspeople and individuals with active lifestyles.

FORM was established in 2003 by registered dieticians and marital couple Darren Barclay and Sylke Bertram-Barclay. It was set up to satisfy their non-clinical interest in sports and health nutrition, helping fitness enthusiasts and sports athletes achieve their varied goals. Darren, having spent 10 years cycling at an Elite level himself, well understands the extensive physical and mental demands on high-performing althetes.

Since 2003 - as the company has grown - FORM is also welcoming a growing number of self-referrals for nutritional support for diagnosed medical conditions.

FORM dieticians are all professionally qualified, and have undergone 4 years of training and have a minimum of 6 years professional experience. They are also registered with the Health Professions Council.

Confidentiality will be maintained by all FORM dietitians; it is an obligation of registering with the Health Professions Council.
